Tiffany Shi

Tiffany Shi, Physiotherapy Resident

Tiffany graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2019. Prior to pursuing a career in physiotherapy, Tiffany obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Biochemistry from McMaster University in 2017.

Tiffany is passionate about helping people get better from their conditions and get back to the activities they love. She loves a thorough history and holistic physical examination to identify the root cause of the condition. Tiffany’s treatment approach includes manual therapy and evidence-based exercise prescription tailored to the different goals of each client. Tiffany is a strong believer in life-long learning. She is interested in continuing education in areas of manual therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, concussion rehabilitation, and pelvic health.

In her spare time, Tiffany is a sabre fencer and is currently working on getting her referee certifications. She also enjoys photography, sewing, life drawing, and reading spy novels by John le Carré.

Tiffany is bilingual; she is happy to provide service in Mandarin if needed.
