Manni Wong graduated from Queen’s University with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2010. He is currently a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association with a focus in Orthopaedics. He is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Manni is also an Active Release Technique® Provider and a FitForeGolf (TM) professional who is trained to do golf-specific assessments.
As a therapist, Manni believes in patient-centered care which involves incorporating the patient in all aspects of the treatment process. As a patient, you can expect Manni to answer all your questions, to educate you about your condition and to help you make an informed decision regarding treatment. Manni’s treatment approach focuses on combining manual therapy, Active Release Technique® and acupuncture with a highly specific and personalized exercise program to return you to sport, work or full function.
Manni is continuously furthering his knowledge and clinical skills in manual therapy, soft tissue techniques and acupuncture through post-graduate courses. In his spare time, Manni enjoys and participates in many sports, ranging from hockey, golf, tennis, volleyball, ultimate frisbee and snowboarding, along with exercising at the gym.
